Information we process
We process customer name, email address, license status, activation identifiers, device name, application version, security events and timestamps needed to issue licenses, prevent abuse, provide updates and support customers. Network captures remain part of the customer's local use unless the customer deliberately exports or shares them.
Payments
Paddle processes payment details, billing addresses, taxes and transaction records as Merchant of Record. NexusSniff does not receive full card numbers. Paddle's own privacy notice applies to checkout data.
Purpose and retention
Data is used to deliver purchases, validate licenses, secure the service, provide updates, investigate failures and meet legal obligations. We retain licensing and transaction records for as long as reasonably required for those purposes.
Sharing and security
We use service providers including Cloudflare, Paddle and our email delivery provider. Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, comply with law or protect users. We use access controls, encrypted transport and restricted administrative systems.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing licencias@mail.pandyvpn.uk. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained by law.
