Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026
1. Service and license
NexusSniff provides network diagnostic software and related services. A Normal or VIP purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one authorized device. Ownership of the software and intellectual property is not transferred.
2. Authorized use
You may use NexusSniff only on networks, systems and devices you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You must not use the service to attack, disrupt, intercept without permission, evade access controls, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Accounts, activation and updates
License keys must be kept confidential. Device activation may be reset by support after reasonable verification. Lifetime refers to the supported commercial lifetime of the purchased product, not the buyer's lifetime. Features and compatibility may change through updates.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, taxes, invoices and payment-related support under its buyer terms.
5. Availability and limitations
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect geolocation accuracy, identification of a specific person from an IP address, or immunity from attacks. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
